Specialising in everything 20th century, art deco and vintage, Sydney Fair is in its fourth wonderful year. You can buy unique pieces from international and Australian exhibitors who will be giving fabulous presentations on the best furniture, art and sculpture, jewellery, silver, ceramics and couture fashion. This year features a special couture exhibition “The Little Black Dress” which showcases everything from Coco Chanel’s original LBD in Vogue in 1926 to more modern pieces. Fashion Illustration: In the Drawing Room with Aldous Massie
Did you miss all the action of Fashion Week last week? Sydney-based fashion illustrator Aldous Massie is hosting a free talk at the Apple Store this Thursday, inspired by the beauty of Fashion Week. See Aldous in action as he creates a fashion illustration live and talks about his career, creative process and work with Burberry, Hermes, Nike and Vogue. Did we mention this event is free? Good Design Festival
Unfortunately the Good Design Awards Gala Night is invitation only, however, as R. Kelly once said, after the party, it’s the after party! An exclusive after party will follow the Good Design Awards and is going to held in the prime location for Vivid, overlooking Sydney Harbour. If you get your hand on a ticket, you will have the opportunity to explore the Good Design Showcase and chat to the 2016 winning entries. If you’re not so fortunate to get a ticket, never fear; you’ll be able to gain free entry to the Good Design Showcase on Saturday and Sunday.

Conscious Dating Co.
If you’re an individual looking for love in this big, old world we live in, or just someone wanting to try an exciting new experience, the Conscious Dating Co is for you! Sound Select at The Chippendale Hotel
The second installment of Red Bull Select Sydney is happening at The Chippendale Hotel on Saturday night! They’ve got some serious talent performing throughout the night, with Sydney based MC Tuka who makes up one-third of Thundamentals headlining the evening. Discover Bondi Tours

Funkis Annual Garage Sale
The annual Funkis garage sale is happening and we are ready to get involved. With a massive 30-50% off it’s going to hard not to go a little nuts. There are international brands involved including Marimekko, Thorberg and Rodebjer, and interiors from Normann Copenhagen, Lindform and more. The garage sale will be held at the back of the Funkis Paddington store and is only running this weekend.

Taste of Manly
This year marks the 30th year of Taste of Manly as part of Aussie Wine Month. Located along the beach and Corso, get stuck into all of the wine, food, beer, cider, and local music talents this weekend. So whether you’re a local or need to jump on a ferry, this is one awesome way to spend your weekend.

Round She Goes Market
Round She Goes fashion market is an eco-friendly market dedicated to women’s fashion and it’s on again this weekend. There will be 60 handpicked stalls selling pre-loved designer outfits and quality vintage garments and accessories. At the end of the day, stallholders are able to donate any unsold clothing to the Red Cross which means everybody wins!

Campsie food crawl
Known as the city of cultural diversity, Campsie is hosting its 17th Campsie Food Festival showcasing the area’s iconic eats and treats. The festival is hosting two epic food crawls exploring either East Asian cuisines or South East Asian and Arabic cuisines. A local expert guide from Taste Cultural Food Tours will lead you through local restaurants to sample food from these different cuisines. Be prepared to awaken your taste buds.

Autumn Harvest Festival at Rouse Hill
We do love festivals, especially when there is food involved. Experience a taste of the country at the Autumn Harvest Festival where you will be surrounded by artisan food markets, talks and hands-on workshops for kids. You will see how the stallholders use sustainable practices and traditional preparation and preservation methods for their produce. You can even take a peek inside the historic Rouse Hill House for the price of a gold coin, and feast your eyes on the rich interiors and collection of treasures. There is only the best on offer, so make sure you don’t miss this one!
