As the cooler days kick in, restaurants and cafes in Sydney are changing up their menus to match the chill in the air with warming new creations and seasonal delights. Hungry? You should be, because we’ve got some damn delicious eats for you this weekend. Let’s go!

Zeus Street Greek

Multiple locations

The Greek god of gods is keeping it fresh with a new range of time-honoured family recipes this autumn. From light lunches to desserts, Zeus Street Greek has the classic taste of simple yet humble street food we’ve come to love. The guys have added ten tasty new dishes to the menu including flaky filo fingers (say that three times fast), beetroot hummus and a saganaki salad. Oh, and there’s now a feast for two menu happening which means you can sample a range of dishes… And isn’t that something we all love?

The Bellevue

Paddington

With food almost as fancy as the name, The Bellevue in Paddington has a new autumn menu brimming with fresh and seasonal produce. Head on down with some hungry friends to enjoy a long lunch or dinner (with lots of wine, of course). We suggest you go for the chef’s tasting menu which comprises of six courses of the best dishes of the day—trust us, you’ll leave wonderfully full.

Bangbang Café

Surry Hills

Sydney’s love affair with burgers seems to know no bounds. Say hello to Bangbang Café in Surry Hills where you can get your hands on one of the best cheeseburgers going on in Sydney at the moment. Beyond the burgers (though they are hard to pass up) there is homemade granola, apple compote and a combination of blueberry, banana and walnut pancakes for breakfast and a build your own sandwich menu as well as some decent salad options (if you’re trying to be a bit healthier) for lunch. There are also beers and ciders available too, if you’re wanting to make lunch a little bit boozy.

Maestro & Co

Manly

When dining with those who have trouble making a decision, the best course of action are choosing dishes that are meant to be shared. We say bring those indecisive people to Maestro & Co in Manly to share in the taste of modern Middle Eastern cuisine. The set menu makes things even easier (plus is full of the restaurant’s signature dishes), so head to Manly this weekend to partake in the feasting.

Abhi’s Indian Restaurant

North Strathfield

Good food will always remain a constant in Sydney and Abhi’s Indian Restaurant is no exception. Having a solid 26 years of serving up Indian cuisine to Sydney, this timeless classic continues to bring in new customers with its selection of spicy signature dishes. There is a reason this restaurant is still standing, so go and taste for yourself what 26 years of experience really is.

Hello Kitty Diner

Chatswood

Whether it's snacks, burgers, sides or desserts all menu items at Hello Kitty Diner have a delicious Asian twist on American diner classics. Plus, with Hello Kitty emblazoned on nearly everything (yes, even on your cappuccino), it’s a paradise for all kawaii lovers.
