Sydney is spoilt for choice when it comes to pop-ups— frosé, rooftops, even Christmas markets are popping up all over the place. But pasta; pasta is heaven on a plate and it’s headed our way.
This food baby is coming to all of our bellies, thanks to some of the who’s who in the Sydney restaurant scene at the minute. Dan Johnston (Hubert) and Harry Levy (Bar Brosé) are getting the band back together after their days in Leichardt to create our new bestie; Wilmer.
Prepare to feast on pasta (obvi), antipasti (thank god) and the very best part— wine! Luckily for all of us the team here know that it would be un-Italian, (and un-Australian), to dish up a plate of carb heaven without a matching glass of vino.
You can expect Wilmer to open just in time for summer on December 1 at 36 Llankelly Place, Kings Cross. Stay tuned.
