A Stranger Things Horror Movie Marathon Is Happening

By Ange Law
1st Sep 2017

What do Stranger Things, horror movies and Friday the 13th all have in common? Well, they’re all pretty damn good at scaring us shitless for starters and in honour of the dark day (in October FYI), our mates over at Randwick Ritz are throwing an 80s horror movie marathon.

Inspired by the 80s vibes of Stranger Things, they’ll be screening movies like the vampire classic, Near Dark, Re-Animator (it involves an over zealous medical student), Nightmare on Elm Street and Poltergeist. It’s only happening for one night team, so you’ll want to get on this one and book your spot here—popcorn is not optional.

Neither The Ritz nor us will take responsibility for your nightmares—that’s all on you guys.

The details

What: Graveyard Shift – 80s Horror Marathon
When: Friday 13 October
Where: Randwick Ritz
Cost: $20 (members), $25 (non-members)

If you just want to go dancing, then read this.
