Last year we got pretty damn excited about Sydney’s first vegan pub, The Green Lion, and now we’ve got another reason to get excited all over again. East Sydney Hotel is one of Sydney’s last remaining classic pubs, who’s shunned the pokies to maintain their tried and true old school pub formula, and now they’re releasing a mammoth vegan menu.

They’re launching the menu this Saturday at their launch event—it’s sold out, soz—but the menu is impressive. Expect nachos with cheese sauce, guacamole, fresh tomato salsa and jalapenos, deep fried mac ‘n’ cheese with tomato chutney, and pulled jackfruit sliders with an apple and fennel slaw, finished with hot sauce. Dessert is a chocolate and peanut butter cup (hungry, aren’t you?). Now because all of that sounds like a lot of meat and dairy, we’ll repeat—it’s all vegan.

Vegan or not, you’ve got to be at least a little bit curious about this one, right? Now before you go freaking yourself out, their regular menu is still available.

Here is the other vegan pub we mentioned earlier.
