Butter, Sydney’s palace of fried chicken, sneakers, champagne and all things hip hop, is kicking off bottomless brunch for summer and our bodies are absolutely ready.
Earlier this year, Butter dropped a three-month bottomless brunch pop-up at Double Bay’s Mrs Sippy, but now you’ll be able to find these mammoth feasts at Butter’s own brick and mortar outposts in Surry Hills and Parramatta. As for what you can expect, you’ll need to take a seat.
Basically, Butter will be churning out brunch banquets every Saturday and Sunday that include fried chicken wings (or mushroom pieces), fried aphrodite halloumi, a bunch of sides and sauces including the iconic ramen gravy and of course, the infamous hot cinnamon doughnut for dessert, all at $38 per person.
On the bottomless side of things, you can get around your choice of NV Chandon Blanc De Blanc ($39), NV Veuve Clicquot ($80) or Hennessy VS Lemon Ice Tea Punch ($50), which will be free-flowing for 90 minutes during your brunch.
