Prepare to drown in warm ‘n’ fuzzies this weekend, team. A festival dedicated to animals is coming to Surry Hills, and there’ll even be bunny (and kitten) snuggle tents. We couldn’t make this up even if we wanted to.
There’s nothing average about The Super Furry Festival—literally nothing. Bringing together Sydney’s rescue shelters who rehome fur babies on the reg, they’ll be raising awareness and money for the cause with, shall we say, imaginative activities. Oh yeah, there’ll be a DIY cat toy stand, animal treasure hunt, a puppers fashion show and those snuggle tents we mentioned earlier. You can even have your own little bestie checked over by a vet for zero dollars.
Leashes at the ready team! Grab your dog, all your mates and consider Saturday sorted.
P.S. We dare you to leave this festival without adopting a brand new best friend. Actually, we just think you should go for it. Details here.
