The pioneers of the instant noodle world have teamed up with a café that knows good food and coffee, so now you can slurp on these babies outside of your own home. Yep, our long-time fave midnight snack by the legends at Indomie, is being dished up in Devon cafes across Sydney.
As if we needed another reason to be obsessed with Devon Cafe, the folks with a seriously funky Asian fusion menu in North Sydney, Surry Hills and Barangaroo. They’ve been known to serve up quirky, oh-so-grammable feeds and for the month of October they’ll be doing just that with a collab we never knew we needed in our lives, until now.
The drool-worthy idea will include the likes of the ‘Indo Sando’, think Indomie noodles with turmeric fried chicken, fried egg, provolone, fresh veg and a sweet soy glaze packed into a super fluffy bed of sandwich goodness.
Ya noodle foodie collab continues with a ‘banana split’ also popping up on the menu for those legends who can cop an appreciation for sweet things and noodles combined. Served in a cast iron skillet, this treat is a good lookin’ mix of banana fritters, coconut ice cream, crushed peanuts, strawberry coulis and noodz.
