Forget about restaurants and food courts, you’re spending the rest of 2017 eating from a food truck because Dirty Bird has literally just rolled in to town.
Serving (you guessed it) fried chicken, and more fried chicken (drool), this food truck is what (wait for it) fried chicken dreams are made of. Brined for 12 hours, the chicken here is fried then dusted with a secret shichimi mix to bring the best of the best Americasian (we love what they did there) fried chicken to Sydney.
If you’re after something more than fried chicken (but why?), there’s the crack burger (a rice battered chicken breast with slices of tomato, lettuce, Japanese pickles and dill on a soft brioche bun) or the gold ol’ gravy and mash but really, why would you want to eat something other than fried chicken?
