Balmain’s Turkish institution Efendy is known for plating up a delicious dish and now, they’ve given Sydney the motherlode of all feeds. If you’ve recently hit up their zucchini and eggplant shakshuka (topped with burrata) or the mammoth lamb pie, then you know a new staple on the menu is something you don’t want to miss.
Efendy is celebrating International Kebab Day with a one metre serving of the good stuff. The traditional, Turkish, charcoal, grilled kebab is meant to feed between 3-4 people but should you be particularly hungry, you can absolutely share it for date-night or between you and your best mate.
