Get To Rootstock Food and Wine Festival This Weekend

If you like good food and a slosh of wine, get to Carriageworks this coming weekend. A celebration of artisan wine, sustainable produce, and a sense of community, Rootstock Sydney has arrived, and it's set to be one hell of an epicurean party!

Rootstock will showcase over 200 wines for tasting, as well as wine and food masterclasses, cheese courses, and a Sunday marketplace presenting the best organic produce, coffee, and even beer. You can expect stalls from the likes of Sample Coffee, Reuben Hills and Three Blue Ducks.

Featuring over 60 artisan wine producers, spanning Australia, New Zealand, France, Italy, Georgia and Austria, as well as top chefs, gourmet food and acclaimed artists, the two-day event is an absolute must for any foodie.

The night festivities kick off at 6pm Saturday and Sunday with an incredible line up of chefs cooking dishes throughout the evening. Look out for some of Sydney's finest, including: Luke Powell (Mary's); Daniel Pepperell (10 William St); O Tama Carey (Berta); Kylie Kwong (Billy Kwong); Mat Lindsay (Ester); Clayton Wells (Momofuku Sei?bo); plus many more.
