Got Wrinkles? There’s A Gin For That!

In the best news we’ve heard since, well, ever, some fine British folk have created the drink of our wildest dreams—an anti-ageing gin! Called—wait for it—Anti-aGin (genius!), the anti-wrinkle tipple was created by the gourmands at Bompas & Parr and has been distilled with actual collagen, as well as a bunch of ‘anti-ageing botanicals’.

At 40% proof, Anti-aGin contains 90g of collagen—the stuff that keeps the skin bouncy and smooth but rapidly disappears as we age. Sipping and munching on collagen is nothing new, but we’d prefer to take ours with tonic and a twist of lime, obvy.

According to the website, the gin ‘combines aromas of chamomile and tea tree, with a spicy hit formed of nettle, witch-hazel and guta kola complementing a classic base of juniper, coriander and angelica root,’ and ‘lingers on a cardamom finish’. As if that doesn’t sound good enough, ‘the ingredients were specifically chosen due to their revitalising qualities, including healing sun-damage, being rich in minerals, inhibiting scar formation and to help smooth cellulite.’ Shut the front door!

At £34.99 it’s cheaper (and more fun) than a facelift, but you’ll have to risk the Heathrow Injection to get your hands on the skin-enhancing spirit. It’s currently only sold at Warner Leisure’s 13 UK locations, and online at Drink Supermarket.

If that's not a reason to book a trip, we're not sure what is.
