Hands down the best spot in Sydney for a long lunch (that more often that not turns into a late dinner), Pilu at Freshwater is a triple threat: great food, great views, and great wine. This Restaurant Week you can indulge in their spectacular degustation menu for half the price. Perfect for trying a bit of everything. You’ll want to cross this off your foodie bucket list - trust us.

Chowder Bay, Mosman
Know for their views (they do have the best spot on the bay), afternoons at Ripples are best spent nursing a chilled bottle of Pinot Gris and a tucking into bulk seafood (go on, it’s not like you can’t afford it). Order a half dozen oysters and the grilled octopus with chorizo. #nailedit

Who knew Japanese Peruvian fusion would be so goddamn delicious!? The gang at Luis Tan’s menu is the best of both worlds, so your best bet is to order a bit of everything; Albacore Tuna in tigers milk, and tomato braised Black Angus, then a couple of chargrilled Venezuelan chicken skewers should sort you out a treat. Oh, and they make a mean-arse cocktail too, so be sure to order a few of those while you’re rolling in dollars.

Riley Street Garage
Practically an icon of the Sydney dining scene, Riley Street Garage has been cranking out the real top shelf stuff for years. Never been? Then a few $$$’s off your bill should entice. Once you’re in, order heavy on the oysters (the smoky soy truffle is to die!)—they drop down to $2 a pop! Next up, go the grilled scallops with yuzu koshu garlic butter and the chorizo corn dog. It’s a total crowd pleaser.

Not just a bowls club, The Greens excel at the whole relaxed atmos/cracking food vibe we foodie freaks can’t get enough of. For a chilled day with pals, order a round of wagyu burgers (sexy, meaty, cheesy goodness), and keep the rounds of cocktails coming. You can afford it.
