Flower crowns at the ready because we finally have a confirmed date, and new location, for So Frenchy So Chic 2017.
One of our favourite summer festivals is bringing the south of France to Sydney's Bicentennial Park in Glebe this January and we can smell the baguettes, and more importantly taste the champagne, from here.
Otherwise known as the fairy-tale estate in Provence your instafeed needs, with wine barrels, hay bales and of course, you and your mates looking fab as you throw back a glass or two of French rosé.
With a tasty menu and musique line up to match, this is one luxe garden party. As always, pre-order your hamper complete with charcuterie, cheese and goose egg meringue, or treat yourself to a plate of oysters, crepes or even macarons.
On the line-up for the day are buskers turned six piece euro sensations, Deluxe, with their indie meets hip-hop and soul vibe. There’s also the sexy af (so we are told) Liminanas with their unique take on sixties French pop, Bertrend Belin with his dulcet tones and Nouvelle Vague, whose epic list of covers from Joy Division to The Clash will have you kicking off your shoes and dancing the day away.
