Calling all sweet tooths! KOI Dessert Bar is heading over the bridge to Ryde this weekend and we have a feeling that you’ll have no problem satisfying all of your dessert cravings at their second Sydney outpost. It’s set to become the main kitchen for both locations, which means that this location will see an endless supply of modern dessert creations flying out of the kitchen on the daily.
For anyone keen to learn the tricks of the dessert trade, owner and ex-MasterChef contestant, Reynold Poernomo, will be hosting classes, and along with fellow Sydney baking legends, they’ll help you become a fellow dessert wizard. The store will also feature their signature large marble benches with glass accents and comfortable cafe seating.
A few of your favourites will be there—notably, the lychee, rose and raspberry tart and “Moss”, which is a pistachio mousse with caramel gel, dulce cremeux, pistachio sponge, matcha moss, apple blossom jelly, nitro lime and yogurt and green apples. Wow!
KOI Dessert bar will open on Friday 21 April—to stay up to date with the progress, head here.
