March Into Merivale 2015: Feast. Sip. Celebrate

For the seventh year running, the powerhouse of Sydney hospitality that is Merivale are putting on a 5-week fun-fest, with over 50 food, drink, entertainment, and lifestyle events that cater to any budget or appetite. Running from the 23rd of February to the 29th of March, all our favourite venues will be involved, from the casual El Loco to sophisticated est.

On Sunday 15 March, Coogee Pavilion’s ground floor will be transformed into a marketplace for the whole family to enjoy as part of the Coogee Foreshore Festival with face-painting, magicians, and pop-ups from different Merivale restaurants. If clean eating is more your style, ivy Pool Club will be transformed into a yoga studio every Monday night with free yoga sessions to reset the mind and re-energise the body.

The Wednesday showcase events have something to offer everyone, especially the European Laneway on the 18th of March, which is always a totally delicious and heavily instagrammed sell-out. For the Foodie Fanatics, Savoir-Fair Thursday’s are an opportunity to dine with Merivale super-Chefs like Dan Hong, Peter Doyle, and Jeremy Strode as they host their ultimate dinner party. Learn to cook like an off-duty chef and peek at their culinary habits before sitting down for an intimate supper and all-inclusive drinks.
