If there was a mansion dedicated to margaritas and Mexican feeds hitting Sydney, you’d want us to tell you right?
Well, sit tight, because you’re about to spend your summer days lapping up all the waterfront vibes, downing cocktails and stretching out on in sunny cabanas.
A hectic Mexican fiesta, by the name of Margarita Mansion, is descending on Darling Harbour, which means you’re in for a whole lot of frozen concoctions. On the menu, you’ll find “Bhang Bhang” with strawberry and lemongrass, “Sexico” with watermelon and basil, “Mango Fuego” with mango and jalapeno, “Pineapple Mansion” with pineapple and mint and “Loco Coco” with coconut and pandan. Along with this, you’ll also get the opportunity to upscale your drink to a “mega frozen” size—a massive share goblet.
On weekends, you’ll be able to tuck into a bottomless brunch made up of endless tacos and margaritas for two whole hours (at $60 per person), from 1pm until 3pm. And if you want to step up your Mexican feast, hit the guac cart for some freshly smashed guacamole and tortilla chips.
