The Dolphin can’t really do any wrong in our opinions and we’re not just saying that because it’s our local and keeps us up to our eyeballs in rosé and antipasti on the reg. Nope, they’ve pulled some seriously good chefs this year and they’re about to do it all over again with one of the world’s best.
Ben Shewry (the legend behind Attica in Melbourne—currently ranked 32nd best restaurant in the world) will be taking over the kitchen at The Dolphin for one night this December and you know it’s going to be delicious. That’s just how this guy rolls, okay. Word on the street is he will design a small bar menu for the Wine Room’s aperitivo series, and since snacks happen to be one of our favourite things, we’re all over this one.
As much as we hate to admit (for the second time this week no less) that we’re thrilled to have one of Melbourne’s best coming to Sydney, we just are. For the most up to date deets, head here.
