One Night Only | Smokehouse Pops Up At North Bondi Fish

Holy smokes! There’s a delicious American-style smokehouse setting up at North Bondi Fish on Wednesday July 22nd, and naturally it is a matter of national importance that everyone books a table. 

Known as one of the best restaurants in Bondi, North Bondi Fish is teaming up with the legendary Anthony Puharich from Vic’s Meats, and putting on a show-stopping, mouth-watering feast for the ages.

There will be a plethora of heavenly smoky dishes; think cold smoked salmon with mustard, fat, juicy, BBQ prawns, smoked beef brisket, and more. Sides-wise, there would simply be no party without gooey mac and cheese or baked beans. Before you ask, there absolutely is dessert, and it absolutely involves pecan pie, cheesecake, and a chocolate brownie.

If you’re a fan of the normal menu, there will be a smoke-free selection filled with the usual suspects in their tempting glory. So your pan-fried snapper fillet with grilled broccoli, or a T-bone steak with fries are safe. 

There would be no BBQ without booze, and the smokehouse cocktails such as the Mexican tart or pepper jack are satisfaction guaranteed.
