We didn’t need another excuse to eat ramen on the daily, but there you go. Sometimes the universe just delivers. Ramen Club is kicking off this month at Toko Sydney, and if that doesn’t already sound like something that you absolutely need in your life this very second, please keep reading.
They’ve teamed up with Australian fashion labels, Song for the Mute and Nothing (who are selling some epic merch FYI), to bring food and fashion together in one magical place. That means shopping while you eat, and we’re absolutely on board with that. Even better, food and drink legends like N2 Extreme Gelato, Asahi and Belvedere Vodka have come along for the ride as well. That means signature cocktails and desserts all month long (on Saturdays).
Now onto the food. You can expect an izakaya-style menu with two custom ramen options, and they’re both a big fat yes from us. The first is ‘the ramen club’ truffle ramen and the second is the vegetable ramen—both with all the optional add-ons, obvs. There’ll also be a ‘not-ramen’ menu involving things like soy braised wagyu beef cheek tacos and hojika fried chicken. There’ll also be a takeaway menu if you’re more of a grab and go kind of person. We want one of everything tbh.
