Sri Lankan Crab Curry Feast At Ester

This Sunday, Berta head chef O Tama Carey will be taking over Ester Restaurant & Bar, to create a spicy and flavoursome Sri Lankan Crab Curry Feast.

On offer will be a delectable Sri Lankan Crab Curry cooked in Ester's famed wood-fire oven, served up with the traditional sides of rice, turmeric and vegetables, as well as the tasty accompaniments of dhal, sambal and pickles.

To finish the meal, guests will enjoy a unique twist on Watalappan—a Sri Lankan baked custard dessert prepared with cardamom and cashews, which will be formed into a creamy, mouth-watering gelato.
