Cellaring wines may seem like an intimidating prospect, especially if you’re new to the game and haven’t studied the fundamentals of wine or the science of a sommelier. St Hugo’s newly appointed "Cellaring Concierge", Tim Redman, will be leading the new service, noting your preferences and guiding you to at-home wine paradise.
“If you’ve ever wondered which wines were made for cellaring, what happens to wine during the aging process, or how you can set up a cellar at home, I can help with that,” says Redman.
Gaining access to this new personalised service is quite simple. All you have to do is treat yourself to a purchase from the St Hugo Fine and Rare Collection, which includes back vintages of up to 22 years making it the perfect start to your cellaring collection. Following this, your vino concierge will set up a private consultation to gauge your preferences, and help with any troubleshooting or ongoing support via email as you build your collection over time.
