Hands up if you’re guilty of keeping a few too many pairs of kicks that you know you’re never going to wear again. Yeah, us too.
Rather than letting them gather dust, why not put those forgotten chunks of rubber to good use and give them a new home. Steam Mill Lane is hosting a charity sneaker drive right now in partnership with Shoes For Planet Earth so you can pass on your old runners to someone in need this holiday season.
Best part? When you drop off your sneakers, you’ll get a special treat in return. Tomorrow, sneaker swappers will get hot cinnamon doughnuts from Butter. On Friday, you’ll get a free milk foam tea from Gong Cha. Winning.
The sneaker collection station and treat cart will be located outside 8bit Burgers at Steam Mill Lane. For more info, head here.
