There’s no sweeter words one can hear than “Summer Cocktail Garden”, and that’s exactly what The Rook in Sydney CBD are serving up on their coveted rooftop this summer.
Joining forces with the legendary distillers at Archie Rose Distilling Co. for the second year in a row, the Summer Cocktail Garden is sure to be even greater than the last.
All of the cocktails will feature Archie Rose’s limited edition Inside and Outside Gins, made in collaboration with the Sydney Opera House, with half of the list created by Archie Rose’s new Creative Drinks Manager, Rachelle Hair and the other half crafted by The Rook bar team.
We’re queuing up for the ‘It’s Mango Season(ing)’ complete with Archie Rose Outside Gin, mango, lime, caramel, olive brine, violet tonic and sparkling. With special mention to the ‘Club Archie’, concocted of Archie Rose Inside Gin, rum, rosemary syrup, lemon and raspberry.
Not only that, La Rook has also just unveiled a new ‘Order At Table’ system using mobile phones (no pesky apps required), which means you can spend less time in and out of your chair ordering and more time relaxing and sipping on delicious cocktails.
Make sure to get amongst their brand new summer menu, most notably their famous burgers, mouth-watering crab and clam casarecce and most importantly, their iconic lobster rolls with butter-poached lobster, yuzu mayo, iceberg lettuce and fries.
