Australia has finally gone and got its first all-vegan delivery service, Freshara, and they’ve partnered with one of the country’s top chefs to do it. You’ll be able to choose from a selection of 40 recipes and there are even more being developed as we speak.
You can expect dishes hailing from around the globe, including Middle Eastern, Asian, Indian and South American. The best part? Every single one of them is good for you (win!). You’ll be tucking into meals like Moroccan chickpea and couscous tajine; jungle curry with fragrant jasmine rice; and a garden harvest pasta bake. You’re excited aren’t you? The recipe development team is lead by Executive Chef Troy Tam, who hails from Rockpool and Fratelli Fresh, so you know it’s going to be good.
Your supplies will be delivered to you weekly, in fully recyclable packaging to over 300 suburbs in Sydney and Melbourne. Freshara plans to go nationwide in the coming months, so stay tuned! Stay up to date here.
