Sydney’s biggest festival of loose leaf tea is back this weekend with more than 70 stalls dedicated to the good stuff, a DIY tea-blending station and a whole lot of workshops and tastings.
This year you're in for more than just top artisanal teas too. Think chai tea concentrates by Chai Addict, olive tea from Stone & Grove, cacao tea by The Husk Mill, plus chocolate tea and epic cold brew nitro-infused tea from East Forged. You’ll also want to make time to check out the tea-flavoured fairy floss from MakMak.
As for tea of the boozy kind, Tea & Wine will kick off a chai-infused Cabernet Sauvignon and a Camomile-infused Chardonnay. Your good mates from Archie Rose Distilling Co. will also be around, whipping up tasty tea cocktails. To top things off, you’ll be able to make your way through the festival’s boutique tea market with a porcelain tasting cup to really make the most off all the tea antics.
