This year’s Good Food Month will culminate in the inaugural Spring Social, which will see some of Sydney’s favourite chefs join forces to cater this one-time-only picnic in Centennial Park. The picnic will have a 1920 garden party feel, with a little bit of Hamptons luxury thrown in as well.
The line up includes the boys from Three Blue Ducks, Darren Robertson and Mark LeBrooy, who will bring a hand made barbeque that quite literally weighs half a tonne. Hosting a Chiswick pop-up is the needs-no-introduction Chef and Restaurateur, Matt Moran and taking care of the sweets are the dessert masters Alistair Wise (of Sweet Envy) and Andy Bowdy.
Naturally, there will also be croquet to really ramp up those garden party vibes and Pimm’s cocktails flowing throughout the afternoon.
