A Japanese-Inspired Hot Dog Pop-Up Is Coming And Cue The Drool

From the brilliant people that brought you burgers with a Japanese twist, prepare for UME’s next invention, their UME Dogs. This is a massive collab people so listen up.

The team over at UME have been whipping out these dogs in Melbourne for some time now and yes, the hype has been real. Now, a one-day pop-up is set to hit Sydney and we’re all damn ears. This gem is an epic buddy system between UME (for the food), DJ Levins (for the tunes) and Edition Coffee Roasters (for the caffeinated drinks).

You can expect mouth-watering Japanese dogs such as the kansai dog, a wood-smoked Frankfurt with pickled wakame, Japanese mayo, tonkatsu sauce, arare (snow crackers) and katsuo bushi.
