Every Saturday and Sunday from 12pm, you can long lunch your weekend away at the super slick Saké Restaurant & Bar. Serving up a mouth-watering curated lunch menu, you can wrap your lips around succulent truffle white-soy snapper, melt-in-your-mouth teriyaki glaze lamb chop and a selection of Japanese treats, in between sips of your all-time favourite drink (hint: champagne).
Sip as many glasses of Veuve Clicquot as you want over two magical hours for $165pp, and Double Bay locals can sip Ruinart Champagne for $199pp. Yes, you read that right. No, you're not dreaming. We said, free-flowing Ruinart Champagne.
The best part? The à la carte menu will also be available so you can even bring your friend with dietaries and/or order cocktails when your two-hour bubbles package is up.
