We don’t know if it’s just us, but this year Vivid Sydney is bringing the goods to remind us exactly why Sydney is the place to be, even when it’s cold outside.
Cue, The Night Market. 50 of your favourite restaurants and bars are gearing up for not one, but two, glorious nights of eating, drinking and merry making.
On the 4th and the 18th of June you can expect to see some of Sydney and NSW’s very best cooking up a storm in front of your hungry eyes (and bellies). We’re talking the likes of Billy Kwong, Icebergs, Efendy, Porteno, Thievery (did someone say Sydney’s best hummus?), brews from the boys at Young Henrys, wines from the fellas at Cake Wines and top-notch coffee from Single Origin Roasters.
The creative food baby of Mike McEnearney (ex Kitchen By Mike and now No.1 Bent Street), you won’t just be coming here to eat, although that’s a serious given, but also to learn. You’ll get to chat with some of Sydney’s best chefs, that’s if you can stop drooling long enough to pay attention.
When: 4th and 18th June from 5pm
Cost: Entry to The Night Market is Free, food and drinks purchased separately
