Rain, hail or shine, here at The Urban List we've got the perfect way to bring in spring's maiden weekend. With coffee festivals, warehouse sales, zombie proms, roller derbies, garden shows and a spring festival on the cards, there's no excuse to hide indoors.

THURSDAY 4TH 

MY CHAMELEON WAREHOUSE SALE 

That's right, My Chameleon is having a pop-up sale for three days in Surry Hills, starting Thursday. The online store boasts the likes of Araks, Camilla, Dion Lee and Wood Wood with up to 70 per cent off selected items. Get your game face on, ladies and gentlemen - the sale begins at 12pm.

THE COFFEE EXPERIENCE 

Calling all coffee enthusiasts! The Coffee Experience is Sydney's newest coffee event aimed at celebrating the diverse nature of global coffee culture. Mingle with the industry's best and gain insight into the journey that occurs from crop to cup. With everything from coffee training classes to live artworks from the likes of Thomas Townend and Sindy Sinn, there's something for everyone. With an unlimited supply of coffee and tea samples, what's not to love? 

FRIDAY 5TH 

AUSTRALIAN GARDEN SHOW SYDNEY

Celebrating Australia's love of gardens and the beginning of spring, the Australian Garden Show will uniquely showcase gardening techniques and spectacular displays with the goal of bringing out the green thumb in all of us. Held over four days in beautiful Centennial Park, the event is aimed at a wide range of gardeners, whether you can only grow succulents or are a true horticulturist. 

SATURDAY 6TH 

SYDNEY ROLLER DERBY

Are you roller derby fans ready? Round 2 of Sydney Roller Derby League's home season is upon us. This Saturday night, two rounds will be held in Luna Park's Big Top as part of a double header aimed at showcasing the big hits and high energy this crazy sport has to offer. With a discount on Luna Park rides for every derby ticket purchased (yay!), make sure you grab a trackside ticket so you don't miss out on any of the action.

ZOMBIE PROM 1986

The Vanguard presents their third annual Zombie Prom, a night dead-icated to Shermer High School's graduating class of 1986, who all died in a tragic accident. Returning from the dead for one night only, step back into the 80s as The Vanguard encourages fake blood, ridiculous perms and overstated shoulder pads with a Zombie Prom King and Queen crowned before the night is over. 

SUNDAY 7TH 

STRATHFIELD SPRING FESTIVAL 

What better way to celebrate the beginning of spring and Father's Day than at the Strathfield Spring Festival? Fun for the whole family, there's a schedule jam-packed with music and entertainment. Watch performances from the likes of pop star Johnny Ruffo (X Factor), self-trained opera singer Elly Oh (The Voice), former Killing Heidi front woman Ella Hooper plus many more. Adventure lovers, there are Moto-X shows, martial arts demonstrations, BMX workshops and sports clinics for you to get your adrenaline fix. And for the kids, there's everything from puppet shows to superheroes. Come down and join the fun!
