I’m no financial expert, but I’d say collector Ryan Fuller made a pretty good call when he started collecting Supreme skate decks in 1998.
In what will be one of the biggest Supreme auctions to date, Fuller is selling his collection of Supreme decks—did I mention he’s collected every single one?
Boasting every deck Supreme has produced, the collection is estimated to sell for somewhere between $800,000 and $1.2 million USD. Not a bad return.
With 248 decks the collection is unbelievable and includes all of Supremes collaborative decks; Jeff Koons, Louis Vuitton, KAWS and Takashi Murakami, to name a few.
Fuller has teamed up with Sotheby's, and the action, titled “20 Years of Supreme”, will take place on January 25. They’re currently taking bids, so head over and check it out.
And if you’re in NYC make sure you swing by Sotheby's, 1334 York Ave, and check out the exhibition, they’ve got the entire collection on display until January 20th.
