You know a Sydney summer without seafood is no summer at all. Well, a few legends at Darling Harbour are getting a jump start on summer this year with a week-long festival dedicated to only the good stuff. And FYI, $2 oysters are absolutely on the cards.
Throughout the week you’ll be picking up all the seafood bargains and feasting on things like seafood hotpots at Kazbah, sashimi tartare plates from Sorenzo Contemporary Japanese and those $2 oysters from The Port. If you take your seafood as seriously as your Netflix hit list, then we suggest you book yourself a seat at the degustation happening at Blue Fish on the Thursday—if lobster and crab tortellini sounds like something you’d be into, that is.
When the weekend arrives, a seafood pop-up market will also hit the streets and you can expect seafood demonstrations, live entertainment and DJ sets throughout the afternoon.
