Yep, it’s another rooftop bar and guess what? We’re not even mad about it. Especially because this isn’t just any type of sky-high goodness, it’s a rosé one. Which is undeniably our favourite kind. In case you’re wondering, it’s from the same legendary team that gave us The Greens and acre Eatery and is everything it’s hyped up to be (and more).

And what goes hand-in-hand with rosé? A lush garden terrace, naturally. The Fernery is the snazzy rosé rooftop bar located on the north side of the pond in Mosman bearing killer views of the Harbour Bridge, Opera House and a food and booze menu to boot. Think classic feeds from a wood-burning grill and herbs and seasoning from the outdoor garden.

Now, back to the rose business because we know that’s why you’re really here. The dedicated rosé bar whips out seasonal wine with some tipples coming straight from the barrel. Oh yeah, it’s fresh to death here. And gin lovers can also sit tight—there’s a winding staircase that leads all the way up to a sleek AF gin room too. As if you needed another reason to head here.

These are Sydney's most OTT cheeseboards.
