We have spoken about the yoga craze that is silent yoga discos before, and guys, it’s coming back one more time in 2016. As always, Sydney’s fave yoga instructor, Kate Kendall will be taking the class and DJ James Mack will be on the decks, but this time they’ve partnered up with Ministry of Sound, Brita Active, Body Science and Lululemon.
Specifically, the event will see you taking part in 90 minutes of Vinyasa Flow Yoga and if you want to earn some bonus points, you should probably take this as your opportunity to take your Halloween costume for a test drive. There will also be a pop up salon by Aveda, set up for yogi braids, a face painting station and healthy treats from Clean Treats Factory and Ballsy Kombucha.
