Oh Melbourne Cup, you deliciously long day you. We all know the drill—wake up early to frock up, skip brekkie, then crack open the Champers by 10am. This leads to walking across Parramatta Road sans shoes before the sun has even set, like the true class act you are.
Well, not this year friends. This year you’ll be hitting up the luxe AF bottomless garden party at acre eatery in Camperdown Commons and you’ll be doing it in style. They’re giving us two sweet deals, so your most difficult choice will be whether to treat yo’self to a three-course feast, or choosing your own adventure on the Garden Terrace.
Go all out in the dining room and you’ll be greeted at the door with a glass of Lanson Champagne (because priorities). They’ll follow that up with an epic menu that involves dishes like seasonal asparagus risotto with sage, macadamia brown butter (drool) and wagyu steak with roasted bone marrow or pan-roasted king salmon with smoked mussel beurre blanc. Uhhh that’s a yes and yes, from us.
On the buffet front, you’ll be treated to one of life’s greatest pleasures—pork rolls straight from the spit roast. Do you even need more information than that? Well, you’ll also score lamb sliders and all the house drinks you can handle.
