The team over at The Tilbury has launched some next level foodie antics. From now on, the art-deco hotel will be slinging out $1 oysters every Thursday evening post-work-grind.
On the platters, you’ll find freshly shucked Sydney Rock oysters served up alongside a killer shallot vinegar (this is moreish so asking for two would be wise). To wash down the seafood goods, you can also pair up with $12 glasses of Chandon Rosé or, should you be going all out on a Thursday, $55 for a bottle.
