In our opinion, champagne and wagyu sliders make for a delicious and fancy supper. And what better way to enjoy said fancy supper than with even fancier views at new Sydney bar, Supper Club?
With some of the best vistas in Sydney, the InterContinental balcony bar will be open from the 25th June and will be exclusive to Club InterContinental members, hotel guests, and invited guests. Like we said… Faaaancy!
Open Wednesday to Saturday from 9pm onwards, the bar will be serving up expertly crafted cocktails from the team at Grasshopper and offering an extensive champagne list (27 of them, to be precise!) with the likes of Taittinger, Duval, Leroy, and Ruinart to keep you clinking glasses into the wee hours.
Of course it wouldn’t be supper without some late night dinner options (and we always love an excuse to talk about food). The menu at Supper Club is both classic and unique, featuring perennial favourites, wagyu sliders, and the curiously named holy goat la luna. Working with local producers, the food menu promises to be as exciting as the world-class drinks menu.
Overlooking the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House to the Royal Botanical Gardens, the Supper Club gives us even more of an excuse to book in a staycation at InterContinental Sydney like, right now!
