What do you get when you cross two French chefs and one delicious ingredient? The Duck In Duck Out pop-up, obviously. Hosted by Manu Feidel and Phil Davenport—both celebrated French chefs in their own right—this pop-up is coming to Sydney in April and to be honest, the details are pretty scarce.
All we know is that the two chefs will be turning classic French cooking on it’s head, with dishes like the not-so-humble duck confit being transformed into quicker dishes with a twist. We’re talking about confit burgers piled high with Asian slaw, duck bao buns and duck fat chips (because duck fat chips = life).
