Hellloooooooo lover! Oysters are officially back on the agenda with the return of one of Sydney’s most divine festivals, The Morrison’s annual Oyster Festival.
It’s only fitting that with Sydney officially cold AF at the moment that a festival dedicated to a food that makes you want to, ahem, snuggle, with that special someone would grace our fair city in the final month of winter.
Held at The Morrison Bar and Oyster Room (with a name like that you couldn’t really hold it anywhere else) the team will be shucking these bad boys thick and fast with a range of oyster themed activities (mind out of the gutter, people), oyster inspired menu offerings and even some special offers for us oyster loving folk courtesy of the man himself, executive chef and co-owner Sean Connolly.
Your taste buds can look forward to both rock and pacific oyster varieties delivered fresh each day for quality slurping, and the perfect pairing to The Morrison’s extensive drinks list.
