This October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. And in support of Cancer Australia, a two-hundred-strong crowd gathered yesterday in Centennial Park to take part in the annual Ralph Lauren Pink Pony Walk.

Breast cancer is the most common cancer to affect women, with 1 in 8 Australian women at risk of developing the disease within their lifetime.  The 4km Pink Pony Walk raises funds and awareness to help combat this terrible disease—and it was heartwarming to see so many people show their support. The park was awash with pink.
