Where To Get Your Serve Of Aperol This Summer

By Phoebe McRae - 19 Jan 2017

Aperol Spritz Club Aperol

2016 is over (fiiiiinallllly) and we’re all about the whole New Year, new me thing but we think it’s only fair to celebrate summer the way we best know how—with cocktails and tennis. Duh.

Lucky for us, Aperol is popping up all over the city just in time for everyone’s favourite summer event (aka the tennis), so if you can’t quite make it to Melbourne to watch the Australian Open (and kick back at Club Aperol), you can still salute the sun in style.

Manly Wharf

Manly

Go OTB (if you don’t live over there obvs) every Sunday in January and embrace the sea air at Manly Wharf as Club Aperol takes over the jetty. Bask in the sunshine and sip on $10 Aperol Spritz, whilst enjoying some music and pretending the silly season hasn’t ended. Get all the deets here.

Icebergs Dining Room + Bar

Bondi

Everyone knows Icebergs is one of the best spots in Sydney for a sunset session, which is why we love their current Aperol pop up serving the famous spritz Wednesday through to Sunday every week in January and February. There are plenty of good times to be had (and some great people watching) so sit back and relax as DJ Stefano Pierozzi spins chilled beats til the sun goes down. Get all the deets here.

The Oaks

Neutral Bay

Escape the heat and spend your days in the beer garden at The Oaks in Neutral Bay with ice cold cocktail. Club Aperol has moved in until the end of January, which means $12 Aperol Spritz and $25 Aperol carafes are available all day, every day and you can finally get a taste of la dolce vita. Get all the deets here.

Coogee Pavilion

Coogee

If you're looking for somewhere super laidback (but cool AF), head to good old Coogee Pav. The Glasshouse Bar on the rooftop has transformed into all things Aperol and for the entire month of January, it even has a tennis theme. Score a front seat and kick back with a Spritz. It will be worth the hike, we promise. Get all the deets here.

The Winery

Surry Hills

If you’re not a huge sports lover but you don’t mind a set or two of tennis, make your way to The Winery. For the rest of the month, this Surry Hills favourite is showing every single game on the big screen and even has beanbags set up so you can make yourself at home. Aperol is taking over the courtyard for Aperitivo hour (from 5pm to 7pm daily) and Aperol Spritz are $10 each. There's even an Aperitivo menu! Get all the deets here.

The Argyle

CBD

Every Thursday for the entire summer (welllll, at least until late Jan), Club Aperol is taking over The Argyle for Summer Essentials. Serving up their classic Spritz for only $10 a pop, leave work early and make the most of the sunshine, kicking back in the glorious courtyard and catching the AO on the big screen. Get all the deets here.
