Get Ready For A Sensory Overload At This New Foodie Pop-Up

When we speak about food, we tend to speak in hyperbole. It’s hard not to when we pride ourselves on being ride-or-die foodies.

So, it's no wonder we flipped when we heard a new foodie pop-up had arrived in Queensland, which is essentially a sensory overload.  Brace yourselves, because by the end of this article, you’ll be sharing the ticket link in your group chat—copy and paste at the ready.

The legends at Stella Artois know how to do beer really, really well, so when they told us they were teaming up with the massively accomplished chef, Adam D’Sylva—of Tonka and Coda notoriety—for their famed Sensorium dining experiences, we got a tad bit excited.

The events have already taken on the Portsea Polo in Melbourne, Paris and more—thank god us Queenslanders finally get our time in the sun. 

What can you expect? Imagine a smorgasbord of multiple courses and a menu that’s expertly crafted to highlight the flavours of Stella Artois. Previous dinners have included illustrators sketching away, pop-up tents, drummers playing live to match the courses and more surprises we can’t share yet. Just know that each event is curated with sound, scent, taste (duh!), and more in mind. We weren’t kidding when we said sensory overload.

International and interstate legs of the event are all sold out, so if you’re curious, we’d be locking down tickets asap.
