Cheesemaking And Cider Tasting Workshop

Featuring Cornersmith's resident cheesemaker, Kristen Allan, Newtown Hotel is hosting an intimate evening workshop in the art of cheesemaking and cider tasting.

The workshop will offer guests an up-close and personal experience with Kristen and Dan Hampton from Young Henrys, as they learn to make soft cheeses such as ricotta, labneh and yoghurt, whilst sampling delicious locally brewed cider and beer.

The evening will begin with a feast around the communal table, where patrons will get a taste of what's to come.
Tickets are $99 per head and are going fast, so be sure to book in early.
