If there’s one delicious thing to help ease us into the working week it’s the promise of a doughnut, but something that’ll see us roaring through to the Friday finish line is an entire festival devoted to the tasty baked good. And that is exactly what Sydneysiders can expect when Day of the Doughnut comes to town.

Yes, there will be an entire day devoted to everyone’s favourite circular treat topped with many a (hard earned) calorie thanks to the team that brought Flour Market Day to our fair city, giving all of us the chance to celebrate our shared love for this holey baked good.

Expect to chow down on Sydney’s best doughnuts which include the likes of Brewtown Newtown, Doughnut Time, My Donut Box, Woah! Nelly Bakes, Donut Papi, Grumpy Donuts, Shortstop and Nutie and, in the interests of not playing favourites, why not just try them all?
