For one night only, Sydney’s dumpling masters, Ding Tai Fung, are answering every single one of our dumpling-loving prayers. An 18-course, yes you read that correctly, dumping degustation is coming to our fair city and we’re drooling just thinking about it.
We’re talking all your favourites, as well as eight brand-new flavours, along with their infamous giant xiao long bao, all on the one menu. And yes, you get to stuff yourself silly with all of it.
From Peking duck spring rolls, to dumplings with truffle (yes this is real life) and even Hawaiian pizza dumplings, this might just be the best feast you have all year. Did we mention the chocolate banana dumplings for dessert? Yeah, we know.
