A Ramen Alley Is Popping Up This Winter With Whisky Tastings

Our winter prayers have been answered thanks to Osaka Trading Co. Heading out to the Artisan Lane at Tramsheds this July will be an entire three-week celebration dedicated to that iconic Japanese noodle soup. A warm and steaming bowl of ramen is just what you’ll need on a cold winter night.

Each week there’ll be a new ramen special hitting up the board, along with classic menu favourites such as their iconic roasted sesame-based soup with spiced ground pork, bok choy and chilli oil on the line-up. Special praise goes to House of Suntory for bringing out their $10 Toki whisky highball cocktail as well.

Suntory Toki masterclass workshops and whisky tastings will be popping up on special nights, with prices ranging from $64 to $70. Pre-booking is recommended because these tickets are going to get snapped up quickly. Tickets include a standard shoyu ramen and Toki whisky highball.

Head here for more details.
