The latest edition includes a feature story on the GC with a long list of foodie nods to the likes of @paddockbakery @bambam_bakehouse @justinelaneest @paradoxcoffeeroasters @the4217 “Driving back to Burleigh from Miami and Mermaid Beach it becomes obvious: the Gold Coast is cool precisely because it’s no longer pretending to be something it’s not….it isn’t trying to be Florida or California anymore…it understands that Australia wants it to be itself..” Having moved here recently I have to agree, the Gold Coast is cool ?
