Frozen Rosé (AKA Frosé) Is The Cocktail Trend That’s Going To Take Over Summer

What’s better than a big ol’ glass of rosé? A rosé that has been perfectly mixed with a slushie, obvs. Dishing up this beaut’ new summer-approved cocktail is Pelicano’s brand spanking new Frosé Garden Terrace, an address that’s about to become your new summer regular. 

Our friends stateside have been going slightly cray cray for this frozen beverage, which consists of rosésorbet—stop it—laced with sparkling rosé wine—we’re listening—and lovingly infused with fruit. Like all good cocktails the Frosé was created accidently by a New York City mixologist (remember the negroni was a ‘mistake’ too), Someone give this man a medal.

To celebrate this new addition to Sydney’s cocktail scene, Pelicano will transform their terrace into a glorious rose garden equipped with not one, but two, Frosé slushy machines. One machine will cater for those who like it nice and fruity whilst the other will answer the prayers of those that prefer a dryer wine. But pretty much guys, the key point to take home here is that there are on tap rosé infused cocktails coming to town.
