Unbutton those jeans and listen up, team—a grains festival is coming to Sydney. And that means we all have some serious carb loading to do. Basically a huge love song dedication to everyone’s favourite food group, this festival will see you spending an entire afternoon scoffing the good stuff.
We’re not just talking about a hot-bread stand serving up baguettes and butter (although, now that we mention it, that’s a fabulous idea), we're talking a full-blown mecca for all things carb.
The Bearded Bakers will be bringing their Knafeh desserts (and drumming and dancing their way through the day, no doubt), Brooklyn Boy Bagels will bring their (duh) bagels, and Sonoma, The Bread and Butter Project, and Brasserie Breads will deliver the sourdough they’re known for. Plus, because all the bread is sure to make you a bit parched, Cake Wines, Young Henry's and The Grifter Brewing Company will be manning the bar.
Live music will be taken care of by local artists, The Morrisons, and since we know you’re sold on this one, you can find the deets here.
